Building Bridges
The Xircles Program
“More than ever, we need to see our
co-workers not just as team members,
but as family.”
Beyond the development of skills needed to function as employees, we need a program that will look out for our physical, mental, emotional, financial and social wellbeing. When we become well rounded as an individual, our capacity to contribute goes beyond our organization, but to our society as well.
The BridgeBuilder Program
“When you build a bridge… everyone who comes after you benefit as well.”
On the last day of our lives, how will we answer this question “Did I make a difference?” There is no time like now to become involved in humanity-building. Be it for one, two or a thousand people, let us start building bridges that will last for generations to come.

What is the Xircles Program?
This a club based program that encourages an employee’s growth as a well rounded individual. The program is established and moderated by the company but is driven by the employees for its success.
Employers will have more responsive and dynamic team with their organization as the employees become energized and mature as citizens.
Employees will not only have fun while learning and growing, they can earn badges and recognition along the way.

What is the BridgeBuilder Volunteer Program?
This is the second stage of the Building Bridges advocacy.
Once a participant have gone through the Xircles Program and has become a more well-rounded and equipped citizen, we immerse you into opportunities to build up other lives in different settings.
Let us build an army of volunteers!

Testimonials
Smart with a heart
“To me, he has set a very high standard of a leader — Big brain that comes with genuine intentions. Simply one in a billion. Lucky to had you as my boss and continually inspiring me.”
“To be in a fast-paced IT industry doing Sales and Operations, handling multiple cities with different markets was very challenging. External and Internal struggles almost made me gave up BUT I always decide to stay because of two reasons, my staff and DAD. I didn’t want to disappoint them. Dad was more than just an employer to me, he is my mentor both at work and in life. So when I had to leave the company in 2015, it was bitter sweet. I knew I was leaving a really great company, full of potential and has the biggest heart for their employees. But it was also a very good kind of separation because I know Dad knew it was never a goodbye. He let me go so I can improve myself and spread my wings – just like any parent would do.”
Michael Angelo O. Chua “Mike”: Passionately leads and communicates with hope: advocating, encouraging, instructing, and enjoining people to live a life with the highest ethical and professional standards, in order to accomplish the goals of the team, department or company. Leadership principles he & his company espouses:
- Self-awareness: understanding who they are and what they value, by becoming aware of weaknesses that can derail them, and by cultivating the habit of continuous self-reflection and learning.
- Ingenuity: confidently innovating and adapting to embrace a changing environment.
- Caring and Sharing: engaging others with a positive, loving attitude. “Walang Iwanan!”
- Heroism: “Para sa Diyos at Bayan“
Building Bridges
“Building Bridges – that is Mike as a leader and a communicator. He reaches out to you and inspires you to reach out to him easily. A leader who gains a team’s loyalty, commitment and trust that makes the job easier, faster and better.”
Mike Chua ushered me into the world of speaking and leading. He has done the same for thousands in other fields. His heart lies in shooing away the clouds that sometimes block our own brilliances. He does this without effort and with an incredible consistency at work at play and at all of his other advocacies. I am proud to be his friend.
It is a great inspiration knowing Mike Chua for almost 25 years now and working with him in equipping others become better leaders, communicators and influencers. His leadership style is empowering, encouraging and affirming. I was one of his Area Governors when he was Division B Governor of Toastmasters International, District 75. My task was made easier through his guidance as I worked with various presidents of 5 other Toastmaster clubs. His belief in me has given me the impetus to serve as Division B Governor 10 years later. Although he is much younger than me, I consider him as one of my mentors in the area of communication and leadership.
